Products not loading in mirror

Hello Luciano,

Your virtual mirror works fine, but it seems that you have opened the app without choosing a product by clicking on a “TRY ON” button on your product page. You can also switch the app to full screen and choose a product directly from the product catalog integrated into the virtual mirror app.

Hi, the small floating mirror used to show the products at the bottom part of the popup. I found what is happening, looks like a bug…

Steps to reproduce
1- On the homepage open the small floating mirror by clicking the mirror icon. You will see no products but model face.
2- Expand the mirror (fullsccreen) and you will see all products to the left
3- Click next (siguiente) button in products navigation
4- Reduce the mirror size by clicking the top left icon
5- Now you will see a product listing below model face

Please note that if you are on a mobile device, since the mirror can’t be expanded, you will never be able to see the products listing.

although the question was already solved via email communication, I would like to answer here too for our other users.

If you open virtual mirror by clicking on its icon in the corner of the website, it will display list of your integrated products that are present on the page. If you are on the page that contains no integrated product, virtual mirror have nothing to display.

If you would like to display list of integrated products automatically even if the page does not contain any integrated products, we can change this setting if you contact us at [email protected].
