Products not removing from wishlist page

  • Hi

    We have old products on the wishlist page and when we click the cross to remove them, there are not removed. Is there a way to clear the wishlist??

    Products should be properly removed from wishlists, regardless of whether they are old or new. Could you provide us with a link to your site so we can see what happens?

    Thank you for your help and support, the issue is on a user account, when the user who added the products to the wishlist is logged in, there still show in the wishlist, its fine when logged out!

    Hi there,

    That sounds really strange. The behaviour should be the same for logged-in and not logged users. Usually, if the behaviour is different, it’s related to the cache.

    Do you have any cache plugins on your site?
    If so, could you try to deactivate them and try again?
