Products Not Showing After Upgrade

Hello, I seem to have had a successful upgrade from Jigoshop 1.18.4 to Jigoshop eCommerce 2.1.14. The back-end appears to be fine but I cannot see my products with the shortcodes on the public pages. I have tried this on the default themes as well. Wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on how to correct this.
