Products not showing in the backend

    After showing products’ list and product search results in the back-end without a problem a few minutes ago, it suddenly stopped showing products in the back-end via the Products and All Products links. With a different user access (admin), it seems to be working. Please help me with this.

    The same thing happened with Woocommerce > Orders, but to a different user (admin) on a different computer a few days ago.

    Hi @beentee!

    By the looks of it, you are hitting into a 404 page not found error, yes?

    If that is the case, try rewriting your htaccess file by going to the “Settings > Permalink” settings in your dashboard, and resave your current settings without making any changes, to see if that helps.

    Additionally, please send us your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page so we can take a closer look at your setup.
