    Hi @pastoranu

Can you please confirm that your products are not virtual or out of stock.

Facebook will not show products that are virtual and/ or out of stock.

Good Day. They are all physical products and the vast majority are in stock

I have had much difficulty in the past getting products to show on the Facebook page, so I set up this new one and want to get products showing before I do anything else with the page

i am facing the issue too

    Hey @rsfoong ,

Can you please create a new thread? We often see that things look related but actually aren’t. That’s so much easier to troubleshoot separately. Thanks!

    @pastoranu ,

Can you confirm that you’ve got everything set to sync using the Facebook for WooCommerce setup guide?

If that’s all good, enable debug mode under WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection:

    Checkbox to enable debugging

This will add logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs marked with facebook in the filename. Choose those logs from the dropdown list on the right and click the View button.

Hopefully those logs will shed some light on what’s happening. If you need help working out the details, share those logs along with any error messages you’ve seen and we can take a look.

I can confirm that I have set up everything to sync to Facebook, and all the products are set to “sync and show”. I see all the products in the Facebook catalog, but not on the Facebook page. I have also clicked the debug button.

    @pastoranu ,

Can you check those debug logs and see what they show? That may give some insight as to what’s happening.

Feel free to share them here if we can help with interpreting them.

Here is what I am seeing:

“10-23-2020 @ 16:02:58 – There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job 8be2ed80b86e21c13219441eaebb6423: OAuthException: (#613) Calls to this api have exceeded the rate limit.”

This looks like it is indicated for all products with different job numbers. What does this mean? And how do I fix this?

    Hi @pastoranu ,

That log entry is pretty old. Do you see any more recent logs with that? This may have been a temporary issue that isn’t related.

You may also want to check the information on this page for additional steps to check when products aren’t displayed in your Facebook shop.

No. This is the most recent date in the logs. As per the link you sent me, I deleted empty catalogs and made sure my store is connected to the catalog with the products. Many products are in the catalog, and the the app is connected to that catalog, but nothing showing in the Facebook page

I am also seeing the following in the data sources section of my Facebook page:

“Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewContent Event

Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your ViewContent event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.”

Again, I have no Idea what all of this means. Is it possible to delete all pixels, all catalogs etc. and then start over from scratch without affecting my Facebook page? if so, how? I don’t know if there are issues with previous pixels etc.

Do I need to click on “create a shop” on my Facebook page? Or the app creates the shop on the page?

    Hey @pastoranu ,

The catalog should automatically appear in your store, but if you have multiple catalogs it may be choosing a different one. Check this page for more info.

If you see more than one catalog in your Catalog Manager that look like the below screenshot, it means that the plugin is syncing to a catalog that isn’t linked to your Facebook page.

    Extra catalog

    To fix this:

Make sure debug mode is still active under WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection. That way any extra information will be captured in the logs.

    1. Delete any catalogs that have 0 items (it sounds like you’ve done this before, but confirm there are no empty catalogs still)
    2. Disconnect and reconnect the plugin using the steps in this document.

Those reconnect steps do more than removing and reinstalling the plugin will do, so please follow that guide to make sure everything gets refreshed properly.

If that doesn’t clear it up, check for any new facebook-for-woocommerce log files. Hopefully there will be some more good information there.

Does the app create the shop on my Facebook page? Or do I create a shop on the page first and then do the Facebook integration?

    Hi @pastoranu

Does the app create the shop on my Facebook page?

Yes, using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, there is a set up wizard that does this for you.
