Products not showing up, and some products with no price

Hi there,
We are having some issues with products not going over to Facebook (and Instagram) shop or showing no price etc.
ISSUE 1:
This is an example of a product seemingly not going over to Facebook at all: https://www.brantreeboutique.com/product/penelope/
If you look at that product in WordPress, you can see the following: https://i.gyazo.com/730823bfc75d7bce16cfe26e91a75336.png
If you then click on that hyperlinked Facebook ID, it brings up the following: https://i.gyazo.com/d487d3cb335b527a4e22bb1addc95bc1.png
Within commerce manager on Facebook, if I do a search for that product name, I get no results: https://i.gyazo.com/a8072f6608dd3133531a777c5a4acd8d.png
This is happening on many products. All products and variations are set to sync and show in catalog.
ISSUE 2:
This is an example of a product where the price is not going over to Facebook: https://www.brantreeboutique.com/product/harper-multi-floral-button-down-midi-shirt-dress/

If I click on that Facebook ID, it does indeed show me the product but with no price, as per this screenshot: https://i.gyazo.com/2a913e885c87b0c9db2baede340ca4a0.png
For that product within commerce manager on Facebook, it says there was a policy violation for “Shops” and “Instagram Shopping”, with the reason being “the field price must have a positive value”.
The price fields are set correctly for these products within WooCommerce.
Any ideas how to resolve these two issues?

For that product within commerce manager on Facebook, it says there was a policy violation for “Shops” and “Instagram Shopping”, with the reason being “the field price must have a positive value”.
It sounds like the issue with your products not being sent to Facebook, and the “field price must have a positive value” message, may both be related to a conflict. This can be caused by a custom theme or a plugin.
Below you’ll find instructions on how to test for conflicts:
**How to test for conflicts**
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
1. Temporarily switch your theme to the Storefront or the Twenty Twenty theme.
2. Try to reproduce the problem:
If the problem is resolved, it is a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next step.
3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it is a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
