products not split in to multiple packages

  • Installed plugin version 4.3.0 / WordPress 5.6 / Woocommerce 4.8.0

    We distribute products in boxes of 18kg. When 3 boxes are ordered cost is calculated correctly but the order is not split in to 3 packages.

    We get the following massage in the sendle shipment options window:
    Sendle Order Status: yet to post
    Your order weight is greater than the sendle max weight. Please book seperate shipments.
    Order weight: 54 kg
    Sendle max weight: 25 kg
