    I have been unable to sync anything to my Facebook or Instagram for several months. I have moved between different versions of the WooCommerce plug in but nothing seems to work anymore.

    Hey @mintartco ,

    Could you follow the unistallation guide here to completely remove the plugin and all it’s content on Facebook.

    Then please install it fresh and start the setup like a new store. That should ideally fix your issues. Let us know if that doesn’t fix the issue or if you run into any errors.

    Hey there,
    No sorry that didn’t help. I have tried installing different versions of the plug in and disconnecting and reconnecting but no new products have synced across for months. When I press sync it says products syncing for a few seconds and then stops. It always used to count down how many were syncing.
