Products not syncing

I understand the issue. You have 2,549 products set to “Sync and show on Google,” but only 145 are appearing in Merchant Center, with no errors displayed for the unsynced products.

Could you check WooCommerce > System Status > Logs for any errors?

Also, go to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and share a screenshot of that page. I’m specifically looking for any pending or failed actions related to Google. You may use https://snipboard.io to upload images and share links here.

The screenshots are a bit difficult to interpret. Instead, let’s try this approach.

Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and copy any fatal error logs or those related to Google for WooCommerce. You can then share them using https://gist.github.com.

Additionally, for scheduled actions, check if there are any related to Google Listings or WooCommerce that are marked as pending or failed. Instead of sharing all the details, please take a screenshot of only those specific entries and send it over.

There are only 2 pending and no failed actions related to Google for WooCommerce.

I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble syncing your WooCommerce products to Google Merchant Center.

I checked the logs but didn’t find any errors that explain the issue. In this case, I recommend manually triggering a product sync:

1. Go to: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your actual domain).
2. Scroll to the product sync section at the bottom.
3. Click Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center.

This will attempt to sync your products. If an error appears at the top of the page, please share the details with us.

Additionally, could you provide a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status, then selecting Get system report and Copy for support.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it into a Code block in your reply or use pastebin.com and share the link with us.

I’ve just tried and I obtain the following response on the top of the page:
Response
2539 products successfully submitted to Google.

and now I can see all the products on Google Merchant Center.
