    Hello,
    I am using for my facebook advertising the plugin ‘facebook for woocommerce’.
    As you can find here via the screenshot that everything is connected via official facebook plugin.Screenshot https://prnt.sc/1uwg992
    But yet excluded products are showing into facebook catalouge. See screenshot of one of the excluded product which is still appearing on facebookshop https://prnt.sc/1uwgg13 . And this is the product on facebook shop page, which is yet appearing there https://prnt.sc/1uwgnu0
    I have contacted with facebook team and they advised me to contact woocommerce team for assistance. As they also mentioned that something can be blocking from woocommerce to prevent products to sync
    Kindly need your assistance to solve this issue

    Hi @bedbazaar,

    Please try refreshing the Facebook shop auto-synchronization. To do that, follow these steps:

    1. In your WordPress Dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration tab. There you’ll see Facebook for WooCommerce settings.

    2. If you see a Facebook extension error in red, you should reset your API link. Simply click the link and follow the steps that appear on the screen to re-sync Facebook Shop. If you want to change the auto-sync configuration, go to the Advanced Settings.

    Let us know how that goes.

    Is here any solution to slove this issue :). I synced many times all products but yet the excluded products are still showing on my facebook shop page.
