Hi,

I have synced all my products on Facebook, but there is a Warning.

Products, missing “Quantity to Sell”.
I added to the Inventory on the product in WooCommerce, but it will not sync to Facebook, I have to manually do it on Facebook for the products to activate the button “View on Website”.

Is there a way to get the Inventory to sync automatically into Facebook? I have over 1200 products.

If your business is based in the US, this issue is expected due to changes made by Meta back in May. You can find more information about these changes here: https://web.facebook.com/business/help/623552069600842

We are currently tracking this issue in the following report: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2538

Since these changes were implemented by Facebook’s side, we don’t have an estimate for when this will be resolved. We’re sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.

Hi,

Are you going to fix this issue with the quantities?

I keep getting emails from Facebook to add the quantities for the products.

I have been updating the quantities manually but having over 1200 variable products is a pain.
