    Hello!

    I am having an issue with the plugin whereby products that have recently been added to a ‘new’ products taxonomy via upload are not (or only partially) replacing products that were in the taxonomy.

    What I am seeing in the reorder plugin is some products that were recently removed from the category and a subset of those that were recently added.

    This is happening with some other new product taxonomies too, even though I have cleared the cache of my caching plugin and my browser.

    At the moment we have turned ordering (with the plugin) off on that page, but I still need for the issue to be resolved.

    Could you please help?

    have you reset the manual order of your posts?

    given your page is not a WooCommerce template, I would suggest you enable the override checkbox for this new term reorder admin page

    May I ask if

    ‘Reset the order’ – reset order for all posts, careful this cannot be undone!’

    – will only relate to products on this page? I was worried it would affect all the categories and taxonomies. Otherwise I will try that!

    I have the manual sorting override ‘orderby’ option already selected.

    it affects only the posts in that term. That’s a good question, in the next release I will improve the message
