Products search results not showing Layered Navigation Widget

This is the first time I’ve heard of Layered Navigation Widget, so don’t know – I have no idea what it does.

It’s a WooCommerce widget, by WooCommerce, to filter products results.

Hmm, probably doesn’t matter in any case –?I don’t think that widget will work with Relevanssi in the first place. If you want to use the widget, I don’t think you can use Relevanssi.

i’ve got the same issue: on search results pages woocommerce widgets are not showed. But i’ve noticed something: the issue happens ONLY if the query corresponds to a category pages name.

For example, on my website, if i search “twin set” the widgets are properly showed: but if i search “twin set shop online” (category page’s name) the widgets arent showed.

On the first link the query doesn’t corresponds to category page name, so you can see the widgets con the left; on the second the query corresponds and no widgest are showed. This issue occurs since i’ve update woo to last version, 3.1

Federico, please start a new thread for your issue – this is already buried on the second page of the forums, where I look very rarely, and on these forums new replies don’t push the threads up.

So, start a new thread, and in it please let me know if you have indexed something else than products, and whether you have Relevanssi Premium or not.
