Products show €0,- at homepage

  • We use the free YITH Giftcard plugin and have done all the settings as described. We have set the prices 5 to 150 euro, however when you go to the homepage and see all the products, the YITH Giftcard says €0. This should be 5 to 150 EU.

    Could you try to make a test with a WordPress default theme like TwentyTwenty and check if the gift card amount range is shown correctly, please?

    No, it is not.
    But at other websites they are showing the amount, but with Koreosity.nl they are showing 0 euro..

    Hello there,

    sorry for the late reply.

    We have been testing and seem that it’s working properly in our installation. The price displayed on the shop page is managed by the theme, so the problem could be generated by the theme you are using.

    Also, checking your site, seem that you are using the Discount Rules for WooCommerce plugin and it’s modifying the prices, maybe for this reason the gift card price is not displayed properly. Here you can check what we mean.

    Could you check it and let us know any news, please?
