    Hey James! Love your plugin, but am having 1 small issue with it.

    Sometimes when a customer tries to check out, they get an error message saying the product is out of stock. Prior to attempting to check out, the product was in their cart and out of stock on the website (as expected). It’s only when they get they try to check out that they get this issue. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

    We’ve had this issue for many months, but only recently has it become such a large issue that I felt the need to write in. It’s happened 9 times in the last week.

    I haven’t heard of any other problems, but I haven’t tested with the most recent versions of WooCommerce.

    Is there any specific activity that triggers this? Often these edge cases happen when another plugin is interacting with the stock quantity.

    We have an auction plugin that we use and it tends to happen with auction products more frequently, but it happens with regular products too.

    It’s worth noting that all of our products have a stock of 1 (each of our products is unique) so that may be part of the reason we experience it more frequently? I’m not sure if other stores are selling products with a quantity >1.

    Troubleshooting these issues can be difficult. If you can come up with a technique to reproduce the problem it is much easier to debug.

    Otherwise it would require looking through your plugins and theme for potential conflicts. I have some ideas to be able to detect these conditions in code but I’m not sure when I’ll have time to work on it.
