Let’s start by checking a few required settings in WooCommerce and Facebook:

1) Could you please confirm the product is in stock and is not virtual?

2) Can you also please confirm the product is set up to Sync and show in the Facebook catalog: https://d.pr/i/wYDtHP

3) Please take a screenshot of one of the affected product settings, showing the type and sync box ticked.

4) I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to find the cause.

Out-of-stock products are not synced to Facebook. As such, if some but not all of your products have synced to Facebook, filter your list of products by stock status to determine how many products are currently out of stock in your store (or how many are in stock) to see if this number matches the number of items that are missing from your Facebook catalog.

You can try creating a new test product with stock enabled and making sure the “Sync and show” option is ticked: https://d.pr/EdVOck

In addition to this, you can try updating WooCommerce and WordPress to the latest version, keep a backup in place just in case.

When updating, please do it to the next available version and not straight to the latest. Below you can find the files for you to download:

I tried creating a product, inserting the stock and checking that it was sync and show in the catalog.. but the variants don’t have the link (variant ID) like the other products.

I’d like you to do the following steps:

1 – Please increase your site PHP time limit, currently it’s set to 60. At least you’d need to increase it to 1400 as you have a lot of products:

product: 992

PHP time limit is recommended to be high as product sync uses it. The higher, the more time allocated for the script to process synchronization for that a lot of products, the lesser the chance that synchronization will time out and fail in the middle.

2 – Secondly, please update your plugin to version 2.6.5. Your installed version is 2.4.1

3 – Have you enabled debugging? It’s here WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook. If yes, pleas find the last log Facebook for WooCommerce here: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button, select the log with Facebook word in the title, followed by the latest date. Then copy paste the log text onto here https://gist.github.com/ and share the link with us.

Thank you for providing this information! I took a peek at the provided log, but I am not seeing any glaring issues.

Currently, updating 1,400 products in under 60 seconds means that these products would have to be updated to a tempo of over 24 products each second. Increasing the PHP time limit is vital as any PHP process that takes longer than 60 seconds will create an error. In order to circumvent this issue, I’d strongly suggest reaching out to your administrator or web host to increase this.

Additionally, version 2.4.1 of the Facebook for WooCommerce extension was released in April, and it has experienced numerous changes since then. I would recommend updating it as soon as possible as it is difficult to provide support for an extension that is so out-of-date.
