Products sync to Facebook but not stock status

I would suggest triggering the manual sync for the products by following this documentation here, and then check if this shows the updated catalog on Facebook.

Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

We re-synced products multiple times on both ends (Woocommerce and Facebook). We cleared products cache and again tried re-sync without effect.

Hey @namaste24,

Let’s try this. Edit a product that is not showing the correct stock in Facebook on the WooCommerce side. Change its stock status and update the product. Then change it back and update it again.

Lastly, sync the products again and see if this one is correct. If it is, then it may be necessary to toggle the stock status of the other products to get this corrected. Let us know how that goes and we’ll take it from there.

I am afraid it is still not working. Additionally I noticed the following:
– after manual sync I see 3190 items updated or added

BUT at the same time it says Number of items in this data feed:
?
391 – which is wrong. When I opened the data feed file in fact not all products are there.

I am completely confused now. New product are being added but I am not sure what is the source if my data feed wile has only 10% of what is being added/updated.

I have active campaigns and I see that they display out of stock products! Not good start of a relationship with a client.

I really don’t know what else can I do. I re-synced products from woocommerce level but it is not effective.

I noticed one more thing – product file (csv file liked in data source section) used for yunc does not include out of stock products. So they can not be updated.

How is this file managed?
