    Hi,

    Due to product sync issues, we completely disabled the product sync in the Settings of this plugin.

    We also have logging enabled for the plugin and when checking the logs, it seems that the plugin is still sending content on a daily basis to Facebook.

    Can you replicate it? This should not be happening if product sync is turned off at a global level in the plugin settings.

    Please follow the steps here to disconnect the feed, which should stop it sending content:

    Thanks for the reply and the link, however, it is not really a solution.

    We don’t want to uninstall the plugin we just want to stop syncing the catalogue which should be the case when disabling within the plugin settings.

    If you can replicate it, surely this is a bug and needs lodge in Github?

    Thanks for the updates. I’ve attempted replicating this, but it did not work the same way it did on your site.

    In my case the product only sync when they are set to sync and show.

    Hi @battouly

    I am the thread starter @stephjacq was the original plugin support respondent.

    Did you enable logging within the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and then check the logs generated in WooCommerce?

    You should see that a feed is generated daily with GET Responses even if you have Product Sync turned off in the plugin settings.
