Products will not pull into the plugin

I attended the webinar a little while back. We have been with Nexternal since 2005 and were excited to try the plugin with our new brand. However, I am unable to pull any products into the plug in. The developer suggested adding SKUs, but when I add it to the product, it still does not bring it in.
