Products with no SKUs

  • Hello,

    I installed your plugin to test it. I had a question before hitting the ‘Start Linker’ button:

    My products are handmade and don’t have SKUs. I have existing products on both WooCommerce and ETSY, some of them are “identical”. How will Platy Syncer behave in this case? Is there a way to manually link products?

    Can existing products be modified when synced?

    I’m afraid that identical SKUs are necessary to link products, and there is no manual linker currently. The only thing to do is to actually give the products identical SKUs.

    Ok, thank you for the suggestion. Once the products have identical SKUs, what happens when syncing, for instance if product descriptions don’t exactly match?

    When linking there is no effect on any details. When syncing everything changes according to the source.
