Products With Variations Gray Out

    I am having an issue with products containing variations only. I don’t have this issue with simple products.

    What I am noticing is that when you choose a variation combination, the “Add To Cart” button is grayed out and times out. When I try to add any product that is simple and contains no variations, I can add those to the cart just fine.

    This is very frustrating as I have seemed to keep running into issues with this site and once I fix one issue it’s like I run into another one. I have some customers interested in placing orders but are unable to. Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

    I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing.

    Upon inspection with web browser’s console, JavaScript conflict with one of your active plugins found: https://i.snipboard.io/M7jZPm.jpg

    To verify this, try disabling all other active plugins at once, then re-enabling them one-by-one and running your test in each.

    Thank you. It does seem that the Klarna plugin was causing the issue, and based on the plugins reviews, I am not alone. I appreciate you taking the time to figure it out for me and letting me know. Have a blessed day!
