    Hi,

    I have followed the troubleshooting guide for missing products but I can’t get the feed working properly. I am not a premium user, but I only have 151 products currently in the feed. I’ve purged the cache, my browser cache and my server cache, and cleared the batch. The only filter that’s effecting the feed is “All Published Products”, which I have of course made sure the missing products are published. The logs are enabled but aren’t giving me any useful info.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Ric,

    Our free version has a limitation in its workflow. It fetches data for up to 200 products at once, and once this limit is reached, any additional filters can cause products to be removed from the feed.

    Additionally, in the free version, you cannot control which products and how many products are to be included in the feed. It will include the products automatically.

    This can be the reason for your missing products from the feed. If you have further questions do let us know.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. As I mentioned in my post, the feed only has 151 products in it, which should leave 49 available spaces before reaching the limit of the free version. I can’t see anything that is indicating that any limit has been reached. Is it possible that the 200 limit is reached, but it’s displaying incorrectly? If so can you help to make it show these limits properly please?

    1. For which merchant center you are creating the feed?

    2. Screenshot of your Full feed attributes, feed filter, and feed settings section.

    3. Also provide the feed link
