If Youzify is activated, the BuddyPress profile should be upgraded to the Youzify profile page automatically. If it does not happen on your website, so there could be an issue or conflict.
I suggest you do the following:
- Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
- Make sure to disable BP Classic
- Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
- If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
- Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or another default WordPress theme).
