Mostly I just use themes with Gravatar support built-in, so I’ve never had to use a plugin for this.

The plugin’s developer seems to be actively involved in the beta, and you let him know about the bug less than a day ago, so I’d wait it out and see what he says.

Scott Taylor is a great guy, and a WordPress Core Contributors, but please do remember that he is providing this plugin and the support for free, and that it is a work in progress.

I went into my profile and the theme does use Gravatar. I created an account….but it doesn’t seem to be working. The picture is not changing.

Well, are you sure you theme support Gravatar?

What is the name of your theme, and where did you get it from?

Have you tried with the Avatar plugin disabled?

The theme is Foodie Pro….Genesis framework….got it from Studio Press. It does support Gravatar. If I disable the plug in….the picture from my profile goes too.

Ok, it probably supports Gravatar in different ways, not where the plugin is injecting the avatar.

If you want to double-check with them, their support is offered at https://shaybocks.com/support/
