    Hi There,
    Since the most recent update of the ProfileGrid plugin, we have been unable to upload profile and cover images on the front end. Is anyone else having this problem?

    I might have the same problem. But I am not sure, since i am trying out the plugin.
    I can’t find an option to upload or choose a Cover Image for users.

    Using:
    ProfileGrid 1.4.6
    WordPress 4.7.3
    PHP 7.0.9

    Hi JiL,
    I know this one …
    On your front end profile page, click on the profile image, or the cover image to open a popup with the image upload tool.

    This is simple to do.

    Go to your front end and click on cover image, now browse the image and upload it.

    Thank You for contacting us, we are glad to help you.

    To find the upload option of the cover image, Kindly follow the steps :
    1. Go to your own profile, make sure you are logged in.
    2. Hover over the cover image, click on the upload icon.
    3.From the popup click on the choose image option.
    4.Crop the image top the desired size.
    5.Click on upload.

    Thanks for your help in Ticket Support. If others on SiteGround have this problem, there was a conflict with plugin SG Optimizer.

    Thanks all for your help. I found out how to change the cover image.

    Hi, I too am having this problem. I raised a ticket, but it still seems to be taking a while to get resolved. I am hosting on Azure and I can go to where it tells me to upload an image and upon doing so I am prompted to crop & save. After the photo is uploaded I try to hit the crop & save button, but the button is grayed out and will not let me select and press it.

    Not sure what to do, and I’ve attempted this on multiple accounts… Help?
