    Hi @steeven ,

    Our plugin integrates with the default WordPress avatar system which is Gravatar. If you create an account on Gravatar with the same email as your WordPress account and upload an image it will show in the chat!

    If you are using any third party plugin that allows users to upload avatars directly in WordPress, it will unfortunately not work!

    We might consider supporting custom avatars in a future release!
