  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for your review.

Please open a support thread or submit a support ticket regarding this issue because the Review Section is not designated for support.

I think this issue is generated by another plugin so my suggestion would be to briefly deactivate all other plugins and also to use a default WordPress theme to see if there is any theme/plugin conflict.

I will wait for your ticket and we will continue our conversation there.

    Best regards,

    Hello sir,

    Thanks for replying.
    Do you understand my problem?
As this plugin is not secure for wordpress sites.let me explain my problem again.
when i login the it redirect to welcome page(https://localhost/project/index.php/welcome/) thats good but my problem is that when i put this adress of welcome page(https://localhost/project/index.php/welcome/) directly in address bar this page is also open directly without login it means there is no session generated on that page please check this problem.

    thanking you.

    Hi,

    Hi,

I see that you opened a support thread – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/profile-builder-has-no-security/ – but didn’t answer to my reply.

You are saying that Profile Builder is not secure when you are referring to a feature called “Content Restriction” which are not one and the same thing.

Profile Builder is a secure plugin maintained on a daily basis, updated regularly and it is also aligned with best practices available.

I will repost my answer here:

“From your explanation I understand that you would like to restrict the access to the Welcome page (in frontend) based on user role/user status.

In order to achieve this my suggestion would be to use a plugin called Members. With this plugin you can restrict access to pages based on user role. After you install and activate this plugin go and edit the Welcome page -> Scroll down until you see Content Permissions -> Check any role and update the page.

Try to access the Welcome page logged out or with a user that doesn’t have the appropriate role.

The default WordPress Login form and Profile Builder Login form by default restricts the access to the backend (dashboard). To implement restrictions in frontend you will need to use the Members plugin.

Let me know if this information helped you and if this is what you are looking for.”

    Best regards,
