    Don’t know why, but having issues with some subscribers not able to reset their password. Suddenly many users password do not work any more and a queer “INVALID key” appears? when trying to recover or change passwords.
    Not sure if this was because of a PB backup which seemed to be the most related item or because I changed the theme to Astra about a month ago? Or a possible plugin update clash?
    Asking should/can I delete profile builder and reinstall AND will this affect my current registered users records Very nervous about this
    Please advise

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

    ??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    Also, no, deleting and reinstalling PB won’t affect anything on your website. You setting will be saved as well, so you can try this too.
