Profile Builder Pro was broken and buggy

I used the basic version and then upgraded to the pro version. I then found out that hardly any of the pro version features work out of the box. They then had to send a fix but all the features are still not fixed such as the HTML field. The support is okay but only through email. I had to get their emails out of the bin.

A few months later they seem to have fixed a lot of the issues so at least there is some continual development.
