profile edit problem

i’ve one big problem with this plugin.
Can you please me, how can i do so when user edit profile, his (her) existing profile information loaded on the fields? It works fine with one computer, but when i try to edit my profile at home (in different computer) , it’s loading nothing.
How fix this?
