Profile empty issue

Hi
Now everything almost is in place, but I have this little issue…..
If a user logges in to rencontre, he or she will be met with the “Profile is empty……” pop-up. This happens even though the profile is NOT empty. If the user logges off and then logges in again, the pop-up will not appear. When the browser is shut down and reopened the same thing happens ?
How do I solve this ?
