Profile Form help

I’m not sure how to describe my issue but i’ll try. I am wanting to add the option to add multiple fields at the user’s choice. Example

Builder’s Name
age
space req
field
field
Name of build
(+add another build)

(+Add another Builder)
Repeat last section.

Is there a way to set up my page to do this?
