Profile Grid in WP 5.2 – White Screen of Death

Thanks for reporting this issue. There is no known conflicts for ProfileGrid with PHP 7 and WP 5.2 or any of the most commonly used plugins.?

One possible reason can be related to memory limit on your server; you may want to check it. Normally, white screen of death is very generic issue and we will need further analysis (and possibly site access details) to comment anything definitive. @profilegrid0 Please take care that you do not request admin or access to @cybersurfer1972 installation using that off forum contact. Some plugin author’s send users to their own site to get around a restriction here and that’s not permitted either.

Hi guys,

I tested your plugin for a few weeks and I would like to know how to uninstall it completely.
When I disable the plugin, I always have “user blog” in my admin area that directs to eg “my_webSite/profilegrid_blogs/post_xxx”. How to uninstall completely and clean up these database entries ?

Delete all user blogs from dashboard before disabling the plugin on site and then delete the plugin itself. To remove complete data, you need to delete the tables with prefix ‘wp_promag’ in database.
