profile grid row is not working

    I am in love with this plugin, it has tremendous feature , but having an unexpected error ,while I am trying to show Single Group Page
    Sorry, this group is currently not accessible. Either it was deleted or its ID does not matches.
    , but it is not showing the user profile in a grid way . I mean there should be two or three card in 1 row , but it is showing one profile in one row . How can I solve this problem? please , this is an urgent call

    Thank you for writing to us.

    Regarding error on single group page, please make sure that you have put existing group ID in group page shortcode on page.

    Regarding users grid issue, it seems like that ProfileGrid css is conflicting with either your site’s current theme css or any other plugin’s css.
