    Hello, while using tagembed, we found that there is an error when loading the profile photo into the feed display. It loads the initials instead which does not look cohesive with our website. Please help change this! Thank you!

    Thank you for the query regarding profile image.

    We see, you have added amazing Instagram Feed, Facebook Feed and Twitter Feed on your website.

    There are a few limitations to fetching profile images, even though it gets fetched but due to API policies, it expires so initials are showing.

    With Paid Plans, we have created an option to upload profile images. Please go to Tagembed.com >> Login (same credentials used for Plugin login)>> go to MANAGE FEED >> Upload profile image.

    We are updating Profile Image Uploader to the WordPress Plugin in the next version.

    However, added this feature in App at tagembed.com. You may login with the same account at tagembed app.
