    Hi @bedesign

    Have you tried turning on the option “Change image orientation”? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Uploads.

    @champsupertramp thanks this is solved but the checkbox should be automatically checked and have the option to uncheck it. But thank you for the solution, it was driving me mad and simple google searches didn’t help!
