Hello,

In my website I’ve installed UM and enabled uploading of profile photos.
The default profile info and image is shown like this:

If I click on the default profile image and choose to upload another, the modal for uploading photo appears like this:
https://ibb.co/XXBgPk7

At that place it popped, I can’t do anything. Tried to move it, resize browser, scroll down, even inspect and change the position of the <div> element. Nothing worked.
How can I fix this?

Hi @poldamundo

Thanks for your reply. I got the login. Your issue may be because of a plugin/theme conflict with UM theme. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Hello @asif,
Turns out it was the active theme (that is a custom one) that had a conflict.
How should I fix it now though?
We are 2 web devs there and the other dev is the front end dev who created the theme.
Sorry if I sound clueless or silly, but I’m out of my waters here

Yes, the issue is still there.
I have found that there is a conflict with the active theme, but how can I resolve this conflict?

Yes.
It’s https://sudkak.com/
But in order to see the upload profile modal, you gotta be logged in somehow. I could create a test user perhaps. If you need it, please do tell.
The profiles are private but there are under /profile/user
