Profile information and tabs do not show up

I have a similar problem where the profile information does not show up. I have already selected the appropriate places in “show in what locations” to “Profile side (non bootstrap)” and “Users page” but it does not appear at all on the front end at all when I go to a member’s profile page.

Also, the form builder options are “account, register, profile tab, user sorting”. I assume “profile tab” is the correct place to edit profile settings? eg gender, age. But actually, only the “account” tab has form field options. In “profile tab”, I can only select from predefined fields like “more info, comments, post”, none of which I want. I just want a simple profile with sections, for example, “Basic info: Name, gender, age” and Demographics: ethnicity, location, language”
