Profile link in menu redirecting to /youzify-home/

    Hi,
    I’m perplexed because I have a “my profile” link in both the header menu and a footer menu, which appear to be the same — looking at them they have the same classes on them, etc. But the one in the header works, but the one in the footer appends /youzify-home/ onto the end of the otherwise correct user profile URL, and so ends up in a 404 page. I’ve checked to make sure there wasn’t accidentally a redirect set up. Any idea why this might be happening?

    OK,

    Here’s a very short video that I hope shows what’s going on. I have the “My Profile” widget on both header and footer. Header link ends up with myurl/user/username and ends up on the user profile.

    But the footer link goes to myurl/user/username/youzify-home/ and I am not sure where this youzify home is coming from.

    Actually, it’s not a 404 — the footer link just ends in a blank page. I do not have a page called “youzify-home.”

    https://www.pnwbeyond.com/user/cheryl/youzify-home/

    Please remove it and create a new custum link menu instead, and add this

    https://www.pnwbeyond.com/user/me/

    Hi,
    Thanks, that worked.
    It seemed that the footer was perma-cached! After I made changes I realized I wasn’t seeing them after clearing the page cache and had to clean ALL caches several times — still it had not changed.

    I ended up making a new footer menu, creating the new link there, and it works.
