Profile page is blank

    Every user’s Profile page is blank.

    I have a profile form, which contains all of the fields from the Registration form, and the profile page has the shortcode for the profile form. However, clicking on a user’s profile page gives a blank page. Even clicking on the Live Preview button on the Profile form Form Builder gives me a blank page, even though the form has 15 or 20 entries!!!

    I’m just about to throw this plugin away and leave a really bad review. what’s the problem here?????

  • Hi @delahoc – you need to make sure the profile menu is enabled under settings >> appearance >> profile menu.

    Its a bit of a pain if you don’t actually want the menu enabled!

    The profile menu was aways enabled on that setting, as was the About tab. I spent days trying out various combinations of settings and always got a blank page.

    Ultimately, I found a workaround of sorts. I was previously using the default profile form. I ended up creating a new profile form and it worked. Got a blank page on the default form, got content on the page when I created a new form. Go figure. That makes no sense to me.
