Profile page – not integrated into WP

    Hello. We are still having issues when trying to use your plugin and My listing theme. The problem is that both of you have profiles which we would like to use and show because it’s quite complicated to merge. My listing is missing the posts and post number in the profile and have just tons of other important info including number of listings etc. Your profile is showing the posts but not the listings.

    Because merging it would be pretty complicated we can put an URL into your profile and simple have a link instead of a shortocde in the Listing tab. But the problem is that you overwrite the WP Profile. So either all our links to our authors or listing owners go to your profile or theirs.

    Is it possible to have your profile’s URL separate? So we could use it just in your plugin or mainly in the author’s box?

    Or is there other way you can think of of how to achieve it?

    I’m considering some workaround like here https://www.spots4kite.com/profile/spots4kite/shortcode/#tab-content (click Listings tab). It’s not perfect but at least something. But the problem is the profile page, it’s overwritten by your plugin…

    If you want to make the profile URL separate then you can create a page with a new URL containing our shortcode [uwp_profile] and assign that page to the settings at UsersWP->General->Pages->Profile Page.

    That doesn’t work. Even if I create a new page and assign it as you say then you overwrite also the theme’s settings, which is probably set in the WP core. So whatever I choose in your settings is set globally and I cannot get to the My listing profile. It just goes to that newly setup page…
