    It worked since weeks and suddenly it’s broken. Don’t know what I had done… ??

    Support by ticket said it is a conflicht with another plugin. They were right. Thx for your help.

    @vladimir I had the problem a second time with another plugin. Test it by yourself. Deactivate all plugins and then activate one by another and test the profile upload after every activation. Is the only thing you can do… ??

    Yes, I put my post here because I thought it could be caused by the same plugin. I understand that it is no the case. In my case, the conflict is with wp-piwik AND the “Mode Piwik” put on API PHP on the configuration page of that plugin.

    Do you think the problem is on the UM side or of the wp-piwik side ?
