Profile picture upload from user’s gallery and not from wordpress gallery

Can you explain about which page you are talking about? If possible provide screenshots and steps to check.

Hello.

Now when I try to update profile picture,it just shows a blank overlay page.

What I want it to do is….Show “upload profile picture” files from user’s storage,not wordpress gallery.

Hi Justano,

please remove links and credentials (and never add them here on wp.org) or moderators will scold you.

We can’t recreate your overlay problem, which makes me think that’s a conflict with another plugin or custom script.

please try to disable all non UWP plugins and report back.

Normal avatar upload doesn’t use the WP gallery, it asks to upload from pc/mobile storage.

Also,Is it possible to remove “notifications” page from “Account settings”?
It shows “you will see the options to disable the
active notifications for usersWP and its add-ons” and I do not want that to show to users.

There is no way to disable it, but you could hide it with CSS?
