    It seems that one of my developer has installed the UserWP on my website and I am using buddyboss plugin. After he removed/uninstalled the plugin profile page on buddyboss is broken. The only think it shows is the profile shortcode from userWP. I would appreciate if you could help me to undo all setting made by userWP including the user profile page.

    Hello,

    I will recommend you re-install, then use the uninstall options included with the plugin to remove all database entries and settings.

    Find these settings in

    WP Admin – UsersWP – Uninstall

    There may be some pages left, in which case you can remove them directly – here is a list of the pages

    From that point you can then return to your other plugin and review the settings to see if anything there should be reset. UsersWP won’t make changes to any of those settings, but your team may have made changes.

    I have reinstalled the plugin; however, didn’t find the uninstall section in any tab/pages in the plugin.

    Would you please share some screenshots. Maybe I am missing something here.

    Sorry, try this menu path when UsersWP is installed

    WP Admin – UsersWP – UsersWP – Uninstall (tab)

    Once you have set the plugin uninstall options, then deactivate and delete the plugin from your site.
