Profile spamming

Currently, I have a situation,
Users can register and reset their password but when they complete their profile they use spamming such as gambling or online gambling.

Now can you suggest to me how can block specific words or specific emails in registration?
This is important because Google, again and again, send me a notification of violation of policy notice. I manually delate that account but now m looking for a permanent solution.
