Profilegrid integration

Hi Guys!
I recently installed ProfileGrid to boost some Registration Magic features.
i wanted to create a private group page for displaying forms submissions. At documentation, i founded that [RM_Users id_form=’x’] shortcode must list all users who submited info from that form id, but that shortcode is not working. i tried with [RM_Users] alone and it doesn’t work either.
Am i missing some extra configuration to enable this shortcode? i disabled ProfileGrid thinking it may be a plugin conflic issue but is not working. Also disabled my theme but is not working.
