profilegrid – registrationmagic integration issue

    I’ve installed the free versions of profilegrid and registrationmagic on my website. So far I’m loving all the options, but I’ve run into a little problem.

    I’ve made some custom registrationforms to link them with the membergroups you need to apply for to enter.

    First issue I have is that I’ve linked 1 group with 1 form, but it doesn’t prompt when someone applies to enter.

    Second issue is that after I linked the first form to it’s group, I can’t link the other forms to the right groups, I can select the form in profilegrid, but it won’t save.

    Can someone help me?

    Hello @missrinam80,

    Regarding the issue #1, please make sure that you have mapped the group fields with RegistrationMagic from fields correctly.

    Regarding the issue #2, we checked and found this as a bug. We have forwarded to our team for fix in future release.

    Thx for your help. In the future I’ll log my tickets through metagauss.

    I’m looking forward to the fix, so I can fully enjoy the plugin.

    For the first issue I’ll test it again after I’ve double checked the fieldmapping.
