Profiles greyed out can’t assign or delete?

    On my WordPress site with Next active directory is installed and activated I can’t assign any profiles to my sites (WordPress multisite) and I can’t delete the current profile because it’s all greyed out. Don’t know why it’s stopped working but tried removing and adding the plugin and the profile page is stilled greyed out, I guess there must be tables in the database with NADI data, has anyone else come across this issue? Can I drop the NADI tables from the database?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Hello @clu55ter,

    please check you web browser developer console for javascript errors. It is highly possible that some dependencies are not loaded properly.

    I accessed the website from Edge browser and was able to access NSDI profiles!!
