Slows down website with viruses

GoDaddy said my site was being shut down because the plugin had viruses. Spent a week being told that they don’t give refund. My site went from 91 to 57. They want me to give them passwords so they can fix it but keeps telling me they don’t give refunds. Be warned they are scammers.
