Progect Management Plugin Needed

Hi All. I have a client that wants his clients to be able to login to see (not alter) the status of their project in wordpress. They all need to have their own login details. The staff need to be able to login and update the project details as it progresses. I’m not sure if there is a plugin that has these capabilities or whether to add new database to site to handle this. Not sure what I should be searching for to find such a thing so haven’t had much luck in my searches. Any help appreciate.
